Ravintsara is the ideal essential oil to treat respiratory infections such as the flu or a cold.
It has antiviral and antiseptic properties. It also stimulates the immune defense system.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
MASSAGE
The topical application through skin massage treats respiratory troubles.
Pour a tablespoon (15ml) of vegetable oil in the Auziere measure bottle. Add 1 drop of ravintsara essential oil.
Massage the chest with the mix.
DIFFUSION
The diffuser should not heat essential oils.
Please refer to the diffuser instructions for use.
BATH
To ease respiratory trouble, pour a tablespoon (15ml) of vegetable oil in the Auziere measure bottle. Add 10 drops of ravintsara essential oil.
Pour the mix in warm bath water.

Organ: leaves.
Ravintsara essential oil, whose smell is fresh and powerful, comes from the camphor tree. Medium-sized (20 to 30m), it grows on high lands of Madagascar island, off Africa.
