LAVENDER
Lavandula officinalis
Lavender is an evergreen and aromatic bush. It can be cultivated in northern and low-level regions. In wilderness, it mostly grows in Provence Alps. Its yield is low and its harvest is difficult. Lavender possesses a fresh and aromatic aroma, typical of Provence.
